NRL star Reece Walsh seems to have ended his relationship with his girlfriend, Freda Puru, who is also the mother of his child.
Rumors about the split between the 20-year-old Brisbane Broncos fullback and Puru have been circulating on social media, suggesting the couple has gone their separate ways.
The pair shares a daughter, Leila Arohamauroa, born in March 2021 when Walsh was just 18 years old and making his Origin debut.
Adding to the speculation, Walsh and Puru no longer follow each other on Instagram, and Walsh has removed all photos of Puru from his account. Meanwhile, Puru has set her Instagram profile to private, with her bio now reading “My mini & me,” with no mention of Walsh.
In a recent post, Walsh is seen relaxing on an outdoor couch with his daughter and their pet dog, Moana, captioning the image, “My girls are getting big.”
It appears the couple may have split about a year ago, as Puru has been noticeably absent from Walsh’s family gatherings and posts since their daughter’s first birthday.
