The 18-year-old is anticipated to finalize his transfer to Spurs before the club’s match against a K League XI at Seoul World Cup Stadium in South Korea on July 31.
Min-hyuk, a youth international for Korea, has netted seven goals in his 24 senior appearances for Gangwon, becoming the youngest K League scorer since 2013 with his first goal for the club in March.
He is set to join the ranks of Korean footballers at Spurs, following in the footsteps of current captain Son Heung-min and Lee Young-pyo.
