Tottenham Hotspur are currently in an excellent position. They’ve made a few promising acquisitions, offloaded several players, and performed admirably during pre-season.
This has heightened anticipation among Spurs fans, eagerly awaiting Ange Postecoglou’s second season in charge.
Now, there’s another reason for Tottenham supporters to be excited. Italian player Federico Chiesa, who has been training separately from Juventus, is increasingly likely to leave the club before the transfer window closes in August.
Reports suggest that Chiesa’s agent, Fali Ramadani, has traveled to London to discuss potential transfers with interested teams this summer.
Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg has indicated that Tottenham have shown genuine interest in Chiesa. The North London club has initiated discussions with Ramadani, although negotiations are still in the early stages.
Plettenberg shared on Twitter: “Tottenham Hotspur have a genuine interest in signing Federico Chiesa this transfer window! Initial talks with his agent Fali Ramadani have begun, but no significant negotiations yet.”
