Green Day to Make Historic Malaysia Debut in 2025—Kuala Lumpur Set for Epic Second SEA Stop!

The stopover in Kuala Lumpur marks the third Asian country visited by Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool, following their recent four-date concert tour in Japan, with performances in Osaka, Nagoya, and Yokohama last month for 2025.

Back in February 2020, Green Day had to cancel all their Asian stops on the world tour—scheduled for Singapore, the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Japan—due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In November 2023, the band announced via social media that they would be hitting the road for the Saviors Tour throughout the summer of 2024 to celebrate 30 years of *Dookie*, 20 years of *American Idiot*, and their new album, *Saviors*.
