According to Foot Mercato, Lyon has initiated discussions with AC Milan regarding a possible transfer for Yunus Musah (21). The midfielder is currently under contract with the Rossoneri until 2028.
Lyon has been active in the summer transfer market, bringing in eight new players to the Groupama Stadium with more than a month remaining in the transfer window. One of their recent signings is midfielder Orel Mangala, who joined from Nottingham Forest after a loan spell with the Ligue 1 club. The talks for Musah indicate that John Textor continues to invest heavily in Lyon’s squad.
However, AC Milan will not let the American international leave easily, demanding a fee of around €22 million. Additionally, Lyon must convince Musah to leave Milan and agree to personal terms before any deal can progress.
